Your files, figures and database are stored in your country. To answer a request, only the text that request needs is sent to Claude in Belgium (or Gemini in London, if it's unavailable). Reading uploaded narrative documents uses Google Document AI in the European Union. Sign-in, billing and email use specialist providers; our Security page lists each one and where it runs.

Other AI features, such as narrative explanations and account mapping, and the search indexes run in London, as do signing in, onboarding, billing and workspace administration.

What actually uses a token?
Tokens measure the AI work your team asks for, never logins, storage or seats. Verifying a trial balance, drafting a board narrative, or asking the Vault a question consumes tokens; reading what’s already signed off doesn’t. Every product reports its own consumption, so you always know where it went.

Starter, Growth and Scale begin with a 3-month pilot, then 30 days’ notice. We set up your own cloud project on day one, and the value builds across comparable periods, so three months is the shortest trial that shows it. Your data is always yours to export in full, even on the way out.
Pricing questions
Is every plan really the same product?
Almost. Board Packs open from Growth up, because a board-facing output is only worth having once the record under it is real. Everything else is on every plan. Beyond that, plans differ in how many seats are included and how many tokens you get each month.
How are seats different from tokens?
Seats license who can log in and work. Tokens meter the AI work your team asks for. The two are counted separately.
Why is there a 3-month commitment?
Your own cloud project is set up for you by the end of the next business day after payment, and it has a real running cost. More importantly, the value builds across periods: month one is set-up, month two is your first real comparison, and month three is where it starts to pay off.
What happens after the 3 months?
You carry on month to month. Change plan whenever you like, or stop with 30 days’ notice.
If I leave, what happens to my data?
It’s yours. On request, your records and audit trail as open files (JSONL and Parquet), with a SHA-256 manifest of every file, including on the way out.
What if we operate across multiple countries?
Each company is its own workspace, with its own ledger, year end and Vault. Its files, figures and database are stored in its own country. One company can use any plan. Two or more companies go on Enterprise: one contract for the group, priced per company. Talk to us and we’ll set it up with you.
