Sub-processors

Yorkville Advisors B.V., trading as Struktürs, uses the following providers. This list forms Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement. We give customers at least 14 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor of Customer Data, except where a change is needed urgently for security, to comply with law or to keep the Service running, when we notify as soon as practicable (DPA section 6.2).

Our providers' own sub-processors#
Our providers use their own sub-processors, which they list and update, for example: Google Cloud (cloud.google.com/terms/subprocessors), Clerk (trust.clerk.com), Resend (resend.com/legal/subprocessors), HubSpot (legal.hubspot.com/sub-processors-page) and Stripe (stripe.com/legal/service-providers). We pass on their notices of change as our Data Processing Agreement describes.
